By creating an account, joining a pilot, or using Hodar, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and security
Protect your phone and sign-in methods, and report suspected account compromise promptly.
Plans, quotas, and Google Play subscriptions
The no-card 60-minute trial becomes usable only when signed-in processing is live. Personal and Pro are planned and not yet purchasable.
Once purchased, paid-plan minutes reset each billing period, do not roll over, and processing pauses instead of creating automatic overage charges.
You control when and what to record
You are responsible for obtaining any notice, consent, permission, or authority required for a recording.
AI-assisted outputs require review
Review important AI-assisted outputs before relying on, sharing, or acting on them.
Optional integrations and providers
Provider terms apply when you choose an available connection. Current provider availability is stated separately from those legal terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hodar unlawfully, without authority, to harm others, or to bypass security and service limits.
Your content and Hodar’s product
You retain your rights in your content and give Hodar only the permission needed to provide the service.
Private beta and availability
Private-beta features may change or be unavailable, so keep your own copy of important information.
Suspension, deletion, and ending use
You may stop using Hodar and request account deletion; access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service or meet legal obligations.
Service responsibility and limits
Applicable law may provide rights that these Terms cannot limit or exclude.

“Hodar” means the Hodar product and service operator available at hodar.ai.
