Request account deletion.

This page is for deleting your Hodar account and account-associated server data.

Hodar | هودار is the product and service operator available at hodar.ai and the contact responsible for this request channel.

Private-beta request channel

The form below prepares a structured email. Opening your email app does not submit the request.

Included in the request

  • Your Hodar account and linked sign-in identities.
  • Hodar sessions, devices, and account-associated server records will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, subject to the retention exceptions below.
  • Coordinator artifacts and protected join information attributable to the account.
  • Minimal security-audit metadata may be retained for up to 90 days.
  • A deletion-case receipt, without meeting content, may be retained for up to 365 days.

Not automatically removed elsewhere

  • Files exported outside Hodar’s private app storage.
  • Outlook items already created in your Microsoft tenant.
  • Copies already delivered to recipients, webhooks, or provider accounts you control.

Delete data, keep your account

Delete local data without deleting your account.

These controls remove data stored on this phone only. They do not delete your Hodar account.

One meeting

Delete one meeting

  1. Open Hodar and open the meeting.
  2. Open More meeting actions (⋮), choose Delete meeting, then confirm Delete.
  3. The meeting and its local content move to Trash, with Undo available for seven days.
All local personal data

Erase all local personal data

  1. Open Hodar, then go to Settings → Storage & data.
  2. Choose Erase all personal data.
  3. Review the warning, then choose Erase permanently.

Local-only deletion does not delete your Hodar account or account-associated server data. Use the account-deletion request on this page for server and account deletion.

How it works

Verification before deletion.

  1. Prepare the request

    Use the form from the email associated with your Hodar account.

  2. Verify account control

    Support verifies control without asking for your provider password.

  3. Receive a reference and timing

    Automated in-app requests target completion within seven days; the email pathway is manual and receives its completion target after verification.

This website does not store your entries. Review and send the prepared message to submit it.

Do not include meeting content or credentials. Your request is submitted only after you send the email.
